What areas do you deliver to?

We cover Stockport, Tameside, Manchester & Oldham and surrounding areas.

How do I book?

Each of our castles/inflatables as a book a now option, please click on this and it will take you straight to the online booking form or if you would prefer to speak to someone please call ourselves on 07877195852 .

Do i need to pay a deposit?
Yes we require either £20, or if your booking is over £100 we require 20% of the total booking. This is payable either when booked online or you also have a option to pay by bank transfer or paypal within 3 days of the booking, if deposit is not received within the 3 days then the booking will automatically be cancelled with the option of someone else booking it.

Do i pay cancellation fees?
We do not require wet weather cancellation fees. Although most of our outdoor equipment does have shower proof rain covers attached but if the weather is too bad you can cancel on the day as long as you give us at least an hours notice by calling us on 07877195852.
We also have a young family and understand that sometimes you can't help it if your little one becomes ill, all we ask is please cancel at the earliest opportunity so it gives us chance to hire the castle out to another customer.

Do I pay the same price however long i hire it for?
In short yes. We charge the same price for 2 hours or for 7 hours unless otherwise stated on the individual items. As it is the same work involved, delivery costs, etc.

Can you still hire a Bouncy Castle if access is through my house?

No problem, we have never failed to get a bouncy castle through some ones house (you may need help to assist the delivery driver holding doors open lifting up a step etc etc) please note, As its we have to bring the bouncy castle through your house we use a sack barrow and there might be trails of mud grass or leaves and water if it rains left on your carpet or floor.

My garden is small how much space will I need for the Bouncy Castle?

This depends on the Bouncy Castle or Inflatable you decide to hire (usually 4ft extra space at the back and 1ft either side is enough space) we would be happy to discuss the requirements at any time or if need be we will be happy to come out and check which inflatable will fit, You can view the dimensions of all our Bouncy Castles and Inflatable's on our website.

Does the Bouncy castle have to be on grass or inside a hall or venue?
YES our bouncy castles can not be put outside on certain hard standing areas such as concrete or tarmac.
Bouncy castles by law require to be anchored down with at least 163kg of weight on each anchor point. Small bouncy castles have a minimum of 6 anchor points meaning a small castle requires 978kg of weight. On grass this is easily obtained by knocking large pegs into the ground. However obviously this cannot be done on hard standing.The only way to achieve this is by using sand bags however this is not viable to carry almost 1 tonne of weight per castle. WE DO HIRE OUR CASTLES IN INDOOR VENUES due to only requiring 1 sand at each anchor point.

How many children are allowed on the Bouncy Castle at one per session?
Between 6 and 8 children of the same age and size , Depending on which Bouncy Castle you decide to hire, ie 12 x 12 = 6 children, 15 x 12 = 8 children and the bigger adult castles a couple more, this all depends on the age/size of the children and should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

It is raining - do I have to turn off my castle?

Nearly all of our bouncy castles come with rain covers, and all of our extension leads are weatherproof. We also have fan covers to help keep the rain off our fans, so if there are rain showers and they only last for around 5 minutes and if the rain is not too heavy, you should not have any problems. If the rain does not let up or if it becomes heavy, you should stop using the bouncy castle as when the bouncy castle's bed becomes wet, it can become extremely slippery and dangerous. The weather forecast predicted wind, rain or other bad weather - can I still hire a bouncy castle? Will I have to pay?
When the weather is particularly bad then from a safety view we would not hire you a bouncy castle. If the rain is heavy the bouncy castle's bouncing area will become extremely slippery and dangerous to anyone using it, again if there are high winds (or gusts) the bouncy castle would be unsafe to use. If you have hired a bouncy castle from us and the weather forecast is bad for the day of your hire we will call you to discuss the weather in detail.

What time is your latest collection?
Our latest outdoor collection time varies throughout the year. Earlier in winter, later in summer. Just basically due to what time it gets dark and damp to keep the castles in top notch condition.

PLEASE NOTE ANY REQUEST FOR PICK UP AFTER 7PM IS CLASSED AS OVERNIGHT AND WILL INCUR AN OVERNIGHT FEE.

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
